Why am i still being charged save and return? I already returned the device

I've been around

I've already returned the device via purolator using the waybill given to me by online customer service, it was received November 8th (two weeks ago now) and i even spoke with someone yesterday confirming it was received. So why did i get an email stating i'll be charged $640? that makes absolutely no sense.

Thank you for posting to the Rogers Community and letting us know of the situation surrounding the Save and Return process.

 

We appreciate you took the time to bring this up to our attention. The email you received is often generated automatically following a hardware upgrade, as a reminder.

 

Once your device is received at our warehouse, it takes a few days to be processed, linked to your account and to ensure all our databases are updated.

 

Has the situation evolved since you posted?
