Does anyone get charged for using their mobile data to call on WhatsApp? Rogers kept billing me for this.

no charges here, what are you being billed for on your invoice? voice calls? text messages, data charges?

Someone from the management office called and said to me that I'll be billed for WhatsApp and facebook calls and messages except it's to the U.S., and that any other usagebon those apps are considered  long distance messages.

You are the customer, you should ask for as much clarification as possible when you are given this information, what are the charges? are they voice calls? data charges?, long-distance charges?, roaming charges, etc?  now you have to wait till your next bill is generated before you can view the charges because none of us here will know what you were charged for
