Upgraded to New Phone

I've been here awhile

Recently upgraded to a new IPhone,
And was told I had 30 days to return the old phone with box they provided.
Yet I just got my January bill with $525.00 added to it but I got the new phone on Dec 24?
Any suggestions

We'd like to try and clarify as to what triggered that charge on your bill. Did you actually return the new iPhone since purchasing it on December 24th? If so, how and when was it returned? Also, where/how was it originally purchased?
