Upfront Edge Return early ( Still have 1 year and 5 months left)

Hello all,
I was wondering what the process would be like if I want to return the device earlier. (1 year and 5 months prior) 

Would I be charged some fee? 

Is it possible for me to change the phone? I just dont like the phone and would love to get another one. 

Any suggestions?

Thank you for your inquiry on our upfront edge program. We're sad to hear that device is not working out for you. If you wanted to switch to a different device you would need to pay off the remaining device balance and the upfront edge amount would also need to be paid off.

With 1 year and 5 months remaining and the upfront edge amount it could be expensive to switch devices now. You could explore selling your device privately to see how much you can get for it. You may be able to get enough to cover a large portion or the entire amount. 

At that point, you can get another device on financing for your line.
