Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue while trying to upgrade my phone through the Rogers app and website. I changed my plan 4 days ago, and it is active, but I keep receiving the following error:
“It looks like you have a plan change pending on your main line. Once this change is completed, you’ll be able to make other changes to your account.”
This message is incorrect as my plan change is already complete and active.
I’ve logged out and back in, cleared my cache, and tried different devices, but nothing has worked.
Could someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you

Did you receive an account change email with a price plan change confirmation? I wonder if the plan change was immediate or set for the next bill cycle.
Do you see the new plan under your wireless number?
