It kept giving me error and would not move forward. Call the store and tech support but been kicked back forth between them. So frustrating. Everytime call ing tech support line, it took me an hour to be connected. Never thought. This can be so complicated. It is still not resolved after a month and half. Not sure what to do.

Hello @IamWind,
Thanks for visiting us in the community, we appreciate the post. 🙂
I understand that you've been having some difficulties with setting up your Apple Watch. I'm so sorry to hear that. 😞 In all honesty, your best bet is to take your iPhone and Apple watch into your nearest Rogers branded retail store so they can assist you with the set-up.
In the meantime, I have some questions to help us better understand your situation as perhaps another community member will be able to provide some tips!
- Which Apple Watch model do you have?
- Where did you purchase the watch?
- Can you please describe the exact issue you are having when trying to set-up your watch? Eg: Which step do you get stuck on? What is the exact error message you received? What troubleshooting steps have you already tried?
We look forward to hearing back from you!
Thanks,
RogersYasmine

My local Rogers retailer won't even offer to help me unless I returned and repurchased my apple watch through them. They then told me to call tech support, and I could not get through after 4h. Seriously awful and unethical service! As a 25 year Rogers cellular customer, I vowed i would never go back to TELUS after a similar support experience for my company. Now who can I turn to. This is my third cellular apple watch. No prior issues but now the Roger's website has the same problem as iamwind noted above. Roger's website is broken and so is support. Reviewing my options to switch my companies over this.

You've mentioned issue with the website. Was it within MyRogers or while following a support page such as What you need to set up an Apple Watch with Rogers?
Just need a bit more info to recommend next steps.
