A few days ago, I received an email from Rogers, offering 2 months of Crave for free. However, when I go to my account, I do not see that offer. Instead, when I try to add Crave to the account, it only shows the regular price of $19.99 per month (no word about the first two free months). Maybe, the system would defer the charge for the first 2 months automatically, but I am not adventurous enough to risk it.
I tried phone and chat support, but waiting times are ridiculously long (for example, chat queue shows 60+ people ahead of me, and phone call just leaves me on the line forever).
Has anyone received this 2-months offer, and how did you manage to get it?

@pp171 This is probably a targeted offer. I don't see the Crave promotion published on Rogers' web site, at least not where I would expect it to be...

I received the offer in an e-mail message, so it is probably a targeted offer.
After hours and hours, I finally got someone from Rogers through chat, and he/she asked me if I had Crave in the past. When I said yes (about a year ago), I was told that the offer does not apply to me. False, as the offer clearly states that it is valid for anyone who did not have Crave in the last 90 days. And when I quoted that, I was told that my account has been flagged for fraud. Another false statement from a Rogers rep, so I just cancelled chat and tried a phone contact.
About an hour later (great support lol), I finally talked to a lady, who was actually very helpful. Took her some time (not a word about the non-existent fraud alert, of course), and she activated Crave for me, so I have access to it now.
My big concern is still if they will charge me $20 on the next invoice, or will I really get the first two months free of charge, as the e-mail clearly states. She said there will be no charge for two months, and I have no reason not to believe her, but I have seen many "glitches" in Rogers billing system in the past, that I will feel good only when I see no charge on next 2 invoices.
Wonder if @CommunityHelps would be able to check it for me and make sure I am getting 2 free months of Crave.
