Trying to cancel my account

I've been here awhile

I cancelled my internet service on January 6, 2025, and was told I would get a returned label via email in 24-48 hours to return the internet modem.  I did not get anything about the cancellation notice or returned label. I called customer service 2 times already and I was told that the service is cancelled but no email has been received regarding the cancellation or returned label.  My Rogers account still shows the internet service that I cancelled days ago.  

 

This is very stressful!  I need someone to look at my account, please.

We appreciate you took the time to bring this matter up to our attention and sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused.

 

Could you please check the SPAM folder of your email inbox, to see if you have received the equipment return waybill?

 

The email includes a link to a printable waybill, a digital QR code and a tracking number. Please keep the tracking number provided for your records.

 

If you reached back out to our customer support to request a return label, it can be 10-12 days for you to receive the new waybill. There is no need for us to submit additional requests if a digital waybill request is already submitted.

 

The new waybill email may be coming from Purolator (as opposed to Rogers, if that is what you were looking for).

 

Your account cancellation will be completed once we receive your equipment. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Thank you for your reply. 

 

I check my emails daily for all the folders, including the spam folder.  I just checked and there is nothing has come from Rogers since January 6th on cancellation or return label waybill.

 

Looks like I will never get any service from Rogers from now...
