Moved out of town and was told I could not cancel my service due to contract. Was on the phone with 3 different people for 2 hours.. After my own investigating, I found that the service that I had a contract for doesn't exist in my new area, hence the service was then canceled by another manager. I've been waiting 2 months for a waybill to return the modem.after several very long chats that went nowhere. I just received a huge bill for the modem and charged for the service that was canceled.
This is the worst experience ever!!! I thought Bell was bad but they shine compared to this service.
