The absolute worst service!!!

I've been around

Moved out of town and was told I could not cancel my service due to contract. Was on the phone with 3 different people for 2 hours.. After my own investigating, I found that the service that I had a contract for doesn't exist in my new area, hence the service was then canceled by another manager. I've been waiting 2 months for a waybill to return the modem.after several very long chats that went nowhere. I just received a huge bill for the modem and charged for the service that was canceled.
This is the worst experience ever!!! I thought Bell was bad but they shine compared to this service.

This has alao been a concern of mine. When I renewed my internet contract for 2 years, I mentioned I was hoping to move to an area where Rogers doesn't offer service. I was told by the phone rep, that they would cancel it without penalty because Rogers does not offer service there. I haven't moved so I don't know how true that ends up being, but if I eventually do. I will expect Rogers to keep to their word and cancel the contract without penalty because I would be outside of their service area.
