Hi, I have a balance owing and since I'm not able to pay it, what are my options? I do have a promise to pay setup for Feb 9, I just did that to extend my service another week! Please help

Thanks for joining us in the community and for posting your payment concerns. I'm sorry to hear that you are currently experiencing some issues with paying your bill. 😞
I understand you've already set-up a payment arrangement with our Credit Operations team, but feel you won't be able to make the deadline. In that case, I would strongly suggest reaching back out to Credit Operations before February 9th, to explain your situation and see if they are able to provide an further extension. Please note: If you allow your balance to go too long without any sort of agreed upon payment, you do risk the chance of the account getting suspended and/or possibly ending up with a third party collection agency. We certainly hope it doesn't get to that point, but I want to be transparent and set your expectations.
