I had upgraded for new device on 3rd of march it is 13th march today. I didn’t receive my return kit yet. What should I do now??

I understand that you placed an order for a new device on March 3rd and are still waiting for your Save & Return return kit to arrive, is that right? May I please confirm, have you already received your new device? If so, the return kit would have been sent in a separate shipment around the same time that your order was shipped out.
