The current phone I have is a Save & Return phone. I upgraded the phone 2 days ago via online and today I received my new upgraded phone. A return kit was supposed to be sent to me to return my old Save & Return phone. Currently, I do not have a return kit.
Is the return kit suppose to be delivered at the same time with the new phone or is it delivered separately?

Generally, you should receive it within 3-5 business days since completing your upgrade. If the time has passed, then we can take a closer look into this for you.
