Rogers Representative Fraud With Internet Plan

Hi,

I’m reaching out here because I’ve had an ongoing issue with a $150 express installation charge on my Rogers bill. Two months ago, two Rogers reps came to my door and offered me a $50/month internet plan, promising free installation and no hidden fees. I confirmed this multiple times with them.

However, my first bill included a $150 installation charge, which was completely unexpected. I contacted customer care immediately, but they said there’s no note on my account about free installation. It’s not my fault that the reps failed to document what they promised me. I’ve raised multiple tickets, spoken to several managers, and made countless calls, but the issue remains unresolved.

I feel this charge is unfair as I was clearly told installation was free. I would like the $150 fee to be removed from my account. I also have the names and contact details of the reps who signed me up:

• Jeal: (keep personal info private)
• Moin K(keep personal info private)(This rep is now unresponsive).

If anyone here can assist or guide me on how to escalate this further, I’d really appreciate it.
