Rogers Exclusive offer plan removed Appreciation discount

I had an exclusive rogers plan offer on my account. I made sure to verify what was being removed and it only stated that the automatic payment discount would be removed. Even then, a popup stating that the appreciation discount usually shows up and I would usually cancel the upgrade when this happens. For this plan upgrade, this didn’t show up and it went through right away. I even made sure during the page with what’s being added and what’s being removed. A few hours later, I receive an email that it was removed!

HOW DO I REVERT BACK?! What do I do?

The appreciation discount is not compatible with any other promotions or discounts. I understand that this is not ideal, given the circumstances.
