I had an extremely unprofessional interaction with a Rogers representative named Rakshya. She consistently rushed me, stating that she had other customers and urging me to hurry up. Throughout the conversation, she used informal expressions such as "WOW" and "LOL" and frequently reminded me of how long we had been chatting. Her demeanor was sarcastic, rude, and pushy.
This entire experience was astonishingly unprofessional, and I have never encountered such behavior from a Rogers customer representative before.
