Rogers Customer service unprofessional conduct

I had an extremely unprofessional interaction with a Rogers representative named Rakshya. She consistently rushed me, stating that she had other customers and urging me to hurry up. Throughout the conversation, she used informal expressions such as "WOW" and "LOL" and frequently reminded me of how long we had been chatting. Her demeanor was sarcastic, rude, and pushy.

 
As a result, I ended up changing my internet service without receiving the offer that was clearly advertised on the site. She claimed she couldn't see the offer and pressured me to proceed immediately. When I tried to change my mobile service, she said it wasn't possible to change two pieces of hardware in one day. When I clarified that I hadn't changed any hardware, she insisted that I would need a passcode, which would take time, and reiterated that she had other customers waiting. When I said I was waiting to get the passcode, she said, "Can we do it quick? I have a customer online." When I mentioned that the passcode hadn't arrived yet, she replied, "Okay, so what do we do now? Just check plans?"
 
She mentioned multiple times that we had been chatting for an hour and a half and that I was taking too long. Additionally, when I asked for her name or any identifying information, she refused and responded, "I helped you and you do this? WOW." When I requested to be transferred to a supervisor or manager, she dismissively replied that they don't handle such requests over chat and asked, "Where do you want me to transfer you?"
 
When I informed her that I was going to report her and this conversation, she simply replied with "LOL."
 

This entire experience was astonishingly unprofessional, and I have never encountered such behavior from a Rogers customer representative before.
