I am a new customer and so far the service is a 2 out of 10. All I want to do is add channels and no one can help me.....first call I waited 20 minutes and then got hung up on.....then my second person has now transferred me somewhere else and 15 minutes later I am still on hold.....and all I want to do is add channels and give Rogers money?

We're sad to hear that your experiences as a new customer has not been satisfactory. 😞
Have you tried to do the channel changes on rogers.com or have you been trying to change the channels via our customer service teams?
Did you know you can add some channels using your Ignite TV remote? Find the steps in the video below.
For other channels, you may be able to add them via your MyRogers profile but depending on the channel we may need to assist you in subscribing. Once we have more details on your experience we'll be better equipped to assist you.
