Being a long term existing customer does not have any bearing to pricing. Why they have a loyalty or retention department is a complete waste of resources because a new customer is all what Rogers wants.....
Being a customer of Rogers for over 20 years means absolutely nothing...
Internet package for an existing customer 500G...$119/month, New Customer, $79/month
To Rogers, existing customer=Take Advantage
New Customer: Best Pricing ever...
