Poor Customer Service

Avreen
I've been around

I was rogers customer from 2 years and I was not treated well from the customer rep so I decided to move to another provider where I got really good offer.
I am still using rogers wifi despite getting calls and offers from another provider and moreover I am purchasing a business so I was thinking to get a rogers bundle for everything.
But I shared like twice that If you can get me back in rogers I will be happy and can commit to stay with rogers but I never got a reply it’s been months now and this is my last post to share after this everything will be changed to another operator and will never look back to you guys.

Thanks

I have been with Rogers for over 20 years and this past six weeks. I have experience the worst customer service ever. And this has been with multiple multiple reps. Done the edge upfront on my last contract and had to return the phone first week of November. I tried to process the changes in October called three times and each time they were charging me a fee as they were considering it an early upgrade. I had to wait to do the upgrade, I spoke with a rep, and I ordered my phone. I was assured that I would not be charged for the edge upfront as long as I returned the phone upon receiving the new device. I returned it within 24 hours of receiving and they charged me $500. They are refusing to refund this back on my credit card and I have this additional charge on my credit card and December during Christmas. I have tried calling for resolution and been told that supervisor will call me but there's nothing they can do about it. They receive the device and I have received notification that the device was received so there is no reason for this charge. What gets me was it was returned in less than 24 hours, worst service ever. I will never ever ever renew with this company.

Re: Poor Customer Service

@Rav1111 call your credit card company and dispute the charge, which will force the credit card company to investigate the charge with Rogers.  Worst case scenario, the credit card company disagrees with your dispute, best case scenario, you get your money returned despite Rogers opinion.

It might take a while for the credit card company to complete its investigation, so, you'll have to be patient.  In the mean time, keep pressing Rogers for a refund.
