How can I pay off my devices I have on my phone plan before the term is up?

You may make a voluntary payment towards the remaining cost of your financed device at any time during your term. It is important to note that any additional payments made will only reduce the monthly installments but will not reduce the amount of months remaining within your term.

To make a voluntary payment towards your device balance, simply reach out to our customer care team to make this request. They will process the request on the back end and you will see the additional charge on your next invoice.
