Hello,
why my phone plan has changed?
I never made any changes to anything, also why can't rogers inform there costumers about changes on the plans, this is really upsetting I am sick of them making changes and not informing.

@Blueleaf14 You are not the first person to complain about rate increases here but I am quite certain that if you check your previous two bills, you would have seen notices that the rates for your Rogers services will be increasing.
