Got to love Rogers overcharging system with incomprehensible invoices.
Agreed to pay $55 pm in June for 5G rural internet plus $25 pm for BYOD cell phone sim card, less $10 bundle bonus (&13% tax). So $79.10 pm
In 5 months to Nov this should be $395.50, but charged $613.14 Total overcharge !!
Living in Australia how do I explain this to Rogers, and even seek advice on cancelling both internet and cell phone ??
Here we have a communication company that is totally incommunative if living over seas and just a seasonal Canadian. Grrr
