Hello, my plan includes 1000 international LD minutes. I understand I can make calls to Hong Kong. How do I make the call? Do I have to dial any number in front of the country code 852?

You can put the + (Plus) symbol in front of the country code to dial an international number. On an Android phone, Press and hold down the 0 (Zero) key and it will magically turn into a + (Plus) character,
