Just found that Rogers charged me $75 for something called ROAM LIKE HOME - International? No idea why. Tried something called Virtual Assistant which is completely useless. Is it there any live chat with live person to explain me why i was charged $75? I guess that's why SHAW and Rogers forcing customers to pre-authorizing your payment option that they can charge as much as they can. I will wait for their explanation before I call Royal Bank to report this kind of robbery.
