Rogers clarkson store 392

Purchased Gadget Guard screen protector from the Rogers store. They offered to put it on but I declined and said I will do it when I get home. Was in a hurry to pick up my kids. When I got home and opened the box, it was missing the actual temperred glass screen protector and plastic adapter. I called the store and explained what had happened. The lady was very rude and basically insinuated wrong doing. She told me that since I declined to have them put it on there is nothing she can do. I explained to her that its unacceptable because I purchased the product and the box did not contain the product. If I bought a TV, the store doesnt make you open the box and check to make sure the tv is actually in the box. The store should tell you that if you decline the service they cant guarantee that the product is in the box. Terrible.

It's disappointing to read about your recent experience at the Clarkson store. Is this the one at Southdown Rd or Burnhamthorpe Rd? I would like to forward this feedback to the store manager and it would help if I have the right location.
