I was on the phone with rogers trying to get an offer i saw on the website and the customer service was unable to add it as apperantly they do not see the offer. I asked to speak to loyalty or escalations and was told the loyalty department doesn't exist anymore. They also mentioned that all offers are the same for each department and there is nothing better another department can offer? Does anyone know if it is true? Does anyone know who I can talk to about resolving issues because each agent provides me different information.

Generally call center agents can add the deals we see online if for what ever reason the website does not allow us. If the agent does not see the offer, is it possible they are new and unfamiliar with the request u had?
Any case I would ask to speak to someone who can confirm any questions I have about an offer. (even if it means escalating or calling back to hopefully get someone more knowledgeable)
Every company is always changing... so maybe they did remove retention and the other departments to "cut costs".
As a last ditch effort to get the website offer address. I would suggest to reach out to the live chat team to ask! 🙂
