I am very unhappy with the services rogers have provided me with. I have been a customers for years and recently lost my phone on 26 July 2024 and submitted a claim on 27th.
I have paid $18.99 plus tax for years for my device protection plan and also paid $452 for insurance claim amount on 27th, i yet have not received any kind of update from Likewize or Rogers regarding it.
I have been going back and forth with likewize as they have now created 6 escalated tickets to managers for an update or a call back about it but have not been contacted once.
Have connected to multiple managers at rogers and as per what they say, they have contacted likewize manager and i should have a reply in 24-48 hours and i am 3 weeks into it yet no resolution or contacted by anyone. They keep telling me 2 days i should have my device.
I am a Uber driver and that's how i make my living, with the hope of getting my phone in 2 days as per what i have been instructed, i am now in a position that i might not be able to afford next month rent .
There is so much more to this but conclusion being i am helpless and i wont be able to sustain myself any longer.
