Whenever I try calling customer service or *611 the automated operator tells says international calling is not available and to use *611 and then hangs up. Now I’m stuck in a situation where I have no internet/tv and I can’t contact costumer service.

Not to worry. Rogers has many platforms to assist with your needs without having to call in. why when we call 611 there is no option to talk to a French representative at all?

If you account is set up in English and you call from your device, our system will recognize the account you're calling from and the menu prompt will be in English by default.
If you would like us to change your preferred language to French, kindly let us know.
Meanwhile you can request to be transferred to French representative next time you call in, in order for us to bring the modification at your account level.
