I set up for add on service for internet Ignite bundle with tv on sep 13. It is still not active despite several calls to call centers and escalation. I spent almost 5-6 hours on call with the tech center. Can someone share an escalation email or a solution to solve this

It’s disappointing that your Ignite TV service has not been added to your account in a timely manner. Typically, it’s a straightforward task, once the package is agreed upon, the Ignite Entertainment box(s) will be shipped to your home.
