I’m new to Rogers. I called and ordered 2 phones , pay a monthly fee for them and the plans together, I logged into my Rogers account and there was a negative 50$ charge in my account. Now I just ordered these phones 2 days ago, still haven’t received a email stating there shipped ( I don’t even have the phones yet) and I have a negative fee on my account. Why?

I can see how concerning it would be to see this balance on your account.
For clarification, a negative balance actually means that there is a credit balance on your account which means that you've either received a credit for $50 or you may have overpaid your account by that amount. You do not owe Rogers $50.
