Had a scheduled move install set up Dec 22. 2023. Tech canceled (had an emergency. Was informed by customer service as they call it that someone would contact me the next day to complete the install. No one called. I called Roger’s asked for my install status. No one actually knew how to do this. I was transferred 6 times with no resolution. I called the next same exact thing. No one knew how to set up an install and I should receive a call the next day. Here we are Dec 27. 2023. No call. No service. Rogers is garbage for customer care.
