Higher bill

Hi,
I bought iPhone 14 on boxing week sale.I was told that I will be charged $14 for phone financing and $50 for Roger’s plan.
I got my first bill $95. When I asked the store agent he said it will be fixed in next month but now my new bill is issued which $82 . It’s showing $48 for phone.
Is it happened to someone else too? What should I do?
Why Roger’s are not issuing bill as they promised?

There are more than likely other fees, like activation and potentially a prorated plan period to your billing date depending on the date you signed up.

I was told there will be no activation fees but they charged in first bill also the phone was $17/ month but they are charging $48. Why why? Who can resolve this?
