On hold for over 2 hours to talk to billing. Tried to call yesterday and had to hang up. This is 3rd time at 2 hours

Alternately, you can also contact us through Twitter @RogersHelps or on Facebook.com/Rogers. The great thing about reaching out to us on these platforms is that you can chat with us on the go as long as you have access to data or Wi-Fi, or at home through your desktop computer. Even if you have to step away or run an errand, someone will still be there to continue the conversation when you return since we are available 24/7.
