Hi,
I left rogers internet service couple of years ago. but early this year My neighbor decided to take roger's internet services. He used his email and identification documents. But rogers decided to re-activate line on my name and I started receiving bills for his internet. They also did a credit check on my name and now sending me final notices before sending outstanding bills to collection agency.
I called rogers multiple times over the course 7-8months. They moved my file to Fraud department. The fraud department closed my file without any notice to me. Notes from Fraud department talk to your neighbor.
