Incorrect plan amount

I've been around

I was a Fido customer and transferred my no to Rogers under migration plan. I was informed that plan amount would be 90$+ HST and after all the promotions applied I will have to pay $50+HST. After all the transfers noticed that my account shows $95+HST and now I will have to pay $55+HST. Spoke to multiple customer representatives, everyone admitted that mistake done by the representatives and disconnected my call without giving resolution. I’m not sure if there is a email group where I can escalate it further
