Beware of Rogers so called special offers from email blasts. I was offered to switch to Ignite 1Gig with Smart Stream for 59.99 a month for 1 year along with Disney+ . So I switched only to find out that it's not 1Gig its 150 and no sir that package doesn't include Disney plus. Called and they say sorry sir I don't have a code to enter to give you that speed and price but for 79.99 I can give you what we promised for 59.99.

Thanks for sharing your concern here in the community! Hopefully, this message finds you in good spirits. I can agree that it's never fun when you think you are getting a specific offer only to be given something different. 😞
May I ask, when you received the email outlining the offer, how did you go about getting it applied? Was it via self-serve or did you chat with customer care and have them process it? Based on my understanding, the 12-month Disney+ promo is available with any in-market 75u internet (Atlantic) or 150u internet (Ontario) + SmartStream bundle. A few exceptions do apply (offer not eligible for Business or Connected for Success accounts).
