How long for billing adjustment to update in MyRogers account?

I've been around

Going on 3 weeks now. I’m getting emails and text messages from Rogers credit operations asking me to pay overdue bill and that my service might be slowed or stopped until I pay. I don’t want to pay until balance has been adjusted (over $100 adjustment was authorized by customer service). Have called customer service twice now and they tell me to call again days later.

1 to 3 days business days should be fairly common. A lot of adjustments happen almost immediately unless those adjustments need to be reviewed or approved by a supervisor. Your billing invoice won't update but your account balance will reflect the adjustments.
