How do I upgrade my Internet service?

i have make phone call to Rogers customer support but they just kick me like a ball, no one is actually give me a hand to upgrade my Internet service.

@makeitwork226  You can also send a private message to @CommunityHelps and ask them to upgrade your Internet service.  They will then ask you to provide personal information through a secure form to authenticate you before they can access and make any changes to your account.
