Does anyone know how I can change from online billing to paper bill?

My parents are Senior Citizens and often technically challenged. They were switched to online billing by no choice of their own and they had the worst experience. My dad called and was told the runaround that everything is online billing now so my dad then said "I'm a Senior Citizen" and the agent realized my dad was right and switched him to paper billing right away.
