So I have never addressed this issue before, since I have switched to e-billing. I cannot view any bills (.pdf) on MyRogers Account. How can this be fixed? I can always see amount due and pay the bill itself, it is not until now I want to see informed details like I did when I had a paper bill.

You should be able to print or download the bill from your MyRogers Overview page - click View your bill. You then have options to print or download, etc. If those options don't appear, there may be an issue with your browser. See the list of possible problems in the following link:
