Good evening @dorion1291 ,
We appreciate you posting your inquiry in the community. 🙂
If your mobile line has been suspended due to a late payment and you need additional time to pay your past due amount, I would strongly suggest getting in touch with our Credit Operations team for assistance. They will determine if a payment arrangement can be made and will let you know if your services can be restored in the mean time.
Please click here to see the ways in which you may connect with them to receive help.
In the future, if you know that you are going to be late with your payment, you may also try setting up a payment arrangement via self-serve by logging into your MyRogers profile. This may help you avoid having your line temporarily suspended.
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine
