Escalate to ombudsman needed

I've been here awhile

I've been dealing with a pricing issue since August. I  share a concern, dealt with rep in president office who is supposed to be looking into it but never responds to my calls

Can someone advise how and where I direct a complaint to rogers ombudsman office
