I have returned ALL THE EQUIPMENT in ONE ORANGE COLOR NIKE BOX (1)Rogers Ignite TV Box, (2)remote controller, (3)power adapter for TV Box, (4)Ignite WiFi Gateway and (5)power adapter via Canada Post. Canada post tracking shows that package has been delivered on May 13, 2024
On same day, I received email Rogers says that the ONLY Ignite WiFi Gateway has been received.
Please confirm that you have received all the equipment - (1)Rogers Ignite TV Box, (2)remote controller, (3)power adapter for TV Box, (4)Ignite WiFi Gateway and (5)power adapter
