Last year we wanted to change our tv package and shed channels we don't watch and don't want to pay for, our monthly bill was way too expensive. Instead of assisting us with a new package Rogers offered a discount on our monthly bill, which we accepted. This expires on April 19th and we want it extended indefinitely, otherwise we will consider our options to reduce the bill - cheaper package, new provider.
