Real names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, credit card information, addresses, etc.  Anything that you wouldn't want the whole world to know.

Exactly so why do you keep deleting my rogers correspondence that does NOT include any of the criteria you stated?

The fact is management tell their employees to drop calls or other correspondence relating to cancelling a subscription.  Tell me I'm wrong.

101% true happened with me just now.

 

I had a chat with a live specialist and he was way too rude about my concerns about the plans and deals. he even indirectly told me to port my number to different service provider. Is this how rogers customer service works? he told  me that I have to talk to freedom to help port my number to their service. just wow.. totally disappointed with rogers that what I got after being loyal for 2 years and having 2 lines under my account and planning to add 2 more but now I won't for sure .

I've been here awhile

Rogers live chat person confirms that he/she serves multiple person in parellel and that's the reason he/she is taking time to work on my request.  A new mobile account opening request is talking 2 hours, 30+ mins so far and it has still not completed. 

I am frustrated with such kind of service.
