Hi, I received a call from Shannon regarding a rogers win back. I accepted the offer and the plan was sent in and my service was suppose to be reactivated. Nothing was reactivated. Unfortunately, the call dropped and she said she did everything and the paper work was done. She told me not to send back the modem.
I'm pretty confused.
I can pm back the account number
