Charged Setup Fee Despite 100% waiver for 5G Home Internet Gateway

I've been here awhile

I subscribed Rogers Nokia 5G Home Internet Gateway and the agent said that you will not be charged any setup fee and you can take the Nokia modem for free. I used the service for 20 days and then returned the modem and canceled the service.
Now I received the bill and it has the setup charges. This is so annoying, why they charged Setup Fee when in the contract it’s written 100% discount.
Kindly resolve this issue Rogers team.

Disappointing to learn you did not enjoy the Rogers 5G Home Internet. Based on the info you've shared, it seems like the line was cancelled within the 30 days. If so, all applicable charges would be reversed. Are you able to check your account balance via MyRogers?

Yes, I can check the balance on myRoger application. I have to pay the whole bill before the due date. The charges aren’t reversed as of now. Even tho, I cancelled the 5G Nokia internet within 15 days and returned the Modem via courier.

Just to be clear, when you review your current balance on your MyRogers profile, the total has not yet been adjusted?  If so, we'll need to have a closer look at your account and billing details to better understand where things are at.
