Charged $2137 when i have no service with Rogers

I've been here awhile

I bought an Apple 15 premium from Rogers on August 28,returned it on Sept 4th, got a confirmation email that it was received on Sept 9th, yet Rogers just collected $2137.62 from my account. This is my mortgage payment and needs to be returned immediately. Please respond to this now. See order confirmation number 15028713140

Once Rogers determines you are eligible for a refund. That refund can take 3 to 5 business days once the device is inspected to ensure it was received in like-new condition with all of the accessories and original box.

I've been here awhile
Rogers inspected the device and sent in a confirmation to me since Sept 9th. They sent a bill on Oct. 2nd, I called the customer support, they confirmed to me that it was an error and that I will not be charged, yet my money meant for another bill payment has just being taken without authorization. Please look into this and revert my money asap
