Hi! I was wondering if I could change my name on my account without faxing or mailing. I don’t own a fax machine and really find it odd I have to pay out of pocket to send you a letter just to change my name on my account. This all seems so archaic and ironic for an internet company to only have old school communications means. Is it possible to go in person I tried calling but the lines are tied at the moment given the recent events that happened

Regarding having your name changed on the account it does have to be sent directly to our Back Office Team. If you are unable to Fax it in, then you can mail a copy of the documents for verification.
Verification documents include:
• Name Change certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Driver's License
• Passport
Also ensure the Rogers account number is provided with the relevant documents.
The mailing address is:
Attn: Back Office Team, 100 Westmorland St, Moncton, NB, E1C 0G1
The fax number for reference is: 1-800-219-6473

The name change completion time can vary based on the nature of the request. As far as I know it still shouldn't take over 3 months to complete.
