I ordered a tablet from this team, they supposedly gave me a tablet with the order of an extra wireless phone as a bundle. I am not waiting 2 months with no answer, no email, no contact, nobody to reach out to me. I have waited patiently.
One thing to note is the customer service reps acting like they don't know what to do.
One rep legitemetly told me that it will come in a week to get me off. That was 1 month ago. I said you know what I wont bother I will wait.
BROTHER A WHOLE MONTH PAST. No contact. No shipment. Nothing.
They tell me its in the system waiting to be shipped your order
